My Old Friends
The TRS-80 Color 2 computer. This beast had 16K of memory and displayed colors! It did not have the game to compete even with the older and slower Atari..
Probably the cheapest computer of all time, the Timex Sinclair 1000 had 1K of RAM, and only a bare minimum keyboard. This true, and fully programable computer needed vast amounts of key combinations to type on it's text only display. A 16K module as well as other accessories came out for it. It was cheap and somepeople bought them, thinking it was a computer therefore equal to any computer. The thing was terribly small. Here is a comparison shot between it and an Atari cartridge..
The Atari 400. Pics & Story comming soon. This was my first real computer, and the one I used the most.
The Commodore 64. A very nice package for its time.
